The Council shall form Section Committees in relevant disciplines which will act as representatives towards the respective consulting business both locally and internationally.
A member, upon joining the Association will automatically be assigned as a member of the section representing his discipline.
A member qualified in more than one discipline shall be assigned membership in only one section.
Section committees shall, subject to the directions of the Council, assume full responsibility for and represent the Association in its dealings with the relevant business sector in Ghana and international federations of their respective consulting disciplines.
A member of the Association shall not be a member of a consulting wing or section of a PIA, and shall upon admission to membership of the Association resign from membership of any such consulting wing or section of a PIA.
Each Section shall
elect a chairman, a vice chairman, a secretary and other officers as may
be required.
The sections are as follows:
